Just did a 8 k run to finish out the lake to lighthouse 2010 competition in wairoa.

Day 178

First day of lake to lighthouse....14 k mountain bike from tuai to homebay....then a 20 k run from a hut on the south side of the lake over the Penakeri range and then to a 6 k bike ride to the finish for the first day.

Tutira high ropes course and to tuai for the lake to lighthouse race 2010.

Biked up the peak and did paintball today! it was great!

Did bone carving today! it was pretty mean!

summer is starting here in new zealand and it is becoming quite nice! have been to the beach a couple of times and even went surfing. i am loving it here so much but im so excited to go home!
